Our accommodations are rented per week (from Saturday to Saturday) during the high season. We are happy to receive you from 4 pm, departure is before 10 am. Outside the high season it is possible to rent for a shorter period with a minimum of 3 nights. Ask us about the rates and conditions.

You are welcome at the campsite from 2 pm and you can use your camping pitch until 12 noon.

EXTRA COST

The prices of the accommodations include final cleaning, electricity, water and the tourist tax . Bed linen is standard (mandatory). You can bring your own towels or rent them from us. The rates are for 2 people. For additional persons we charge an extra fee per night per person.

The prices of the camping pitches include 2 persons, 1 camping equipment, 1 car, electricity, hot water and tourist tax. For extra persons we charge an extra fee per person per night.

PAYMENT

When booking we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount, to be paid within 1 week after the reservation. The reservation is final after the deposit has been received. We would like to receive the remaining amount for the gîtes and luxury tents before June 1 and for the campsite no later than a week before arrival. It is not possible to pay with credit card or debit card on our domain.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation must be made by e-mail. We cannot refund (down) payments. Even if you unexpectedly have to interrupt your booked stay (late arrival, interruption or early departure), this does not entitle you to compensation. ​

If your reservation has to be canceled because the borders are closed due to Corona travel restrictions from the government, the (down) payment will be refunded. In all other situations (down) payments will not be refunded.We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

DEPOSIT

We do not ask for a deposit for our accommodations. We trust that you will treat the accommodation entrusted to you with care and leave it in good condition. If damage does occur, we will discuss how we can solve it together.

 

PETS

Pets are welcome in consultation with us and at an additional cost of 4 euros per day at the campsite and in the luxury tent. They must be kept on a lead and must not be left alone on the pitch. Make sure other guests won't experience any nuisance from your pet. Pets are not allowed in the gites. 

 

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in the gîtes, luxury tents, in the sanitary building, by the pool in our bistro. Smoking is allowed on the terrace if it does not disturb other guests.

 

REST

Our domaine is not a typical quiet area campsite, but a good night's sleep for our guests is sacred to us. We make sure that it is quiet everywhere between 11 pm and 8 am. To prevent the garbage truck from waking you up in the morning, our containers are on the outside of the gate.
We also ask you to be considerate of other guests during the day. 

 

ENVIRONMENT

Out of concern for the environment, we ask you to use energy and water sparingly. The waste water is purified in our own microstation.  It is very important that no chemical products enter the drainage system and we ask that you only use biodegradable products. You will receive information about waste separation at the reception upon arrival. You can deposit your bottles and other glass in the glass containers at the supermarkets.
